How your book is delivered

All products on mentalgymtelugu.com are digital e-books (PDF). Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

• Instant download: as soon as your payment is confirmed, a download button appears on the order page.
• Email: the same download link is emailed to the address you give at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
• Download again any time: each link works for 30 days. After that, or if you lose it, go to mentalgymtelugu.com/my-book and enter the email or mobile number you used; a fresh link is emailed to you. Save the PDF to your phone or computer to keep it.
• Wrong email? You can correct it on the order page shown right after payment, and the book is re-sent to the new address.

Didn't get it?

Check your Spam or Promotions folder first, or request the link again at /my-book. If it still isn't there, write to hello@mentalgymtelugu.com with your order number and we will send it within 24 hours.
