mentalgymtelugu.com ("we", "us") is run by Bharath Kumar (Bharath KP), who writes and publishes Telugu e-books under the name Mental Gym Telugu. By buying from this website you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

Our products are digital e-books in PDF format. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. The price shown at checkout, in Indian Rupees (INR), is the final price you pay.

2. Your licence

When you buy an e-book you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download it, read it on your own devices and print copies for your own personal use. You may not share, upload, forward, resell, or publish the file or any part of it, including in WhatsApp, Telegram or social media groups. Short quotations with credit for review or discussion are welcome.

3. Copyright

All text, design and illustrations in our books are © Bharath KP. Classical verses quoted in the books are in the public domain; their translations, explanations and arrangement are ours.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

5. Delivery and refunds

6. Content

Our books share life lessons, traditional wisdom and summaries of published research for general reading. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
